Coming from a background in higher education, Sara looks at speaking and education sessions as an environment for learning, collaboration and brainstorming. Engaging and interactive, but also delivered with passion, motivation and encouragement, these sessions will jump start your organization and the audience why we must make space and time for resident experience. Throughout her career, Sara has presented more than 50 sessions at national and state level conferences and organizations. Aiming to deliver content imparting practical and immediate application for programs, offering educational workshops for leadership or diving into a strategic plan to create an engaging culture they understand how to overcome the daily operations and obstacles that often halt or impede success and vision.
